How to purchase
1. Visit the pages of the pipe catalogue.
2. When you have chosen the pipe you are interested in, click “add to basket”. If you wish to continue viewing other pipes, continue visiting the pages of the catalogue, otherwise click “conclude purchase”.
3. Begin the purchase phase, the pages will indicate the choices of payment (Credit Card, Paypal, Bank transfer) and the destination of the items.
Should, for any reason, the client not be completely satisfied with the purchased article, ‘Le Nuvole’ offers you a complete satisfaction or money back guarantee.
Credit Card, payments, exchange rate and other
You can purchase in Euro, through Credit Card, Pay Pal, Bank transfer.
For non-euro countries the approximate cost in U.S. dollars is indicated but varies according to the rate of exchange.
Payment by credit card with maximum security (a standard Server Sicuro SSB @ POS Banca Marche).
Prices do not include taxes (IVA – VAT) applied in European Market countries.

Delivery by UPS: delivery costs and times
After some experiments we finally chose UPS as out sole forwarding agent. The more economic solutions turned out to be insufficient and unreliable. UPS is safe, quick, with few, (or no), customs tax and compatible with the fiscal limitations that must be observed. I hope to be able to add other options in the future.
At the moment, a new agreement with UPS has lowered costs with the possibility of having up to 3 pipes for the price of only one consignment. The average delivery time is 1-2 days.
